Our Engineering & Design
Our full-service engineering and design division utilizes state-of-the-art resources to transform your concepts and designs into a precisely manufactured functional product.
We can provide design and development of prototypes with complete CAD models and/or drawings for precision fabrication. With modeling, we are able to manufacture and transfer our customers' designs/drawings into a fabricated product, quickly and accurately. This process allows us to identify potential manufacturing faults and issues at the design stage, making our operations efficient and cost effective.

AMADA CNC Punch
- Our punch operators are accustomed to working in high speed production, enabling our facility to produce several parts on a single setup.
- Able to process 4’ x 8’ sheets with a single repositioning cycle.
- Press capacity: 20-ton punching force.
AMADA CNC Brake Press
- Advanced design gives our operators ability to setup efficiently and quickly, translating to a high speed operation, and increased output.
- Able to stage bend with +/- ¼ degree angular accuracy.
- Press capacity: 110 ton with 8 feet bend length.
MIG/TIG Welding
- Certified welders produce Class A welds on a wide variety of materials.
Pemserter Insertion Press
- “Clean” technology without hydraulics to install all types of self-clinching fasteners rapidly, accurately, and permanently.
Finishing / Painting
